I'm looking to move out of my 2-bedroom apartment into a 1-bedroom, so I need to sublet my half of the 2 bedroom. I can move into one of the rooms I'm interested in either the first week of December or January 9th depending on how fast things move along, so if you're looking for around either of those dates that'd be great. The apartment is in Park Place apartments which is on Pauline Blvd at Stadium. Park Place/McKinley properties are great, they've been nothing but helpful to me, and I do intend to stick with them, just move to a one bedroom, so I can assure you you'd be moving into a wonderful complex. The room I'm subletting is the larger of the two in the floorplan posted below. (10'6 X 15'0) The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath at $749/month costing you $374.50/month + half the utilities. You'd have half of the AUM bill, which is usually pretty standard at around $30/month (so $15 for you) + half of the DTE bill. Cable and internet is extra. The lease runs through the end of July, and you can resign the lease then if you want. The current lease is a no pet lease, but the apartment does welcome pets and they can be added on the lease by paying extra rent. I believe it's $20/month.
