I absolutely love this one bedroom apartment but my life is taking me to a new city! Located on Pauline Blvd. between Stadium and N. Maple it is close enough to campus but far enough for some peace and quiet. - TONS of closet space - Huge living room and bedroom - Clean - Great, friendly faculty - Pet friendly, AC, pool, 24-hour fitness room - Covered bike rack - Balcony - Third floor (top floor) My lease is up Nov. 30 but I have renewed it until Aug. 3, 2008 because I did not forsee this change in plans. My DTE bill is usually about $25 a month and AUM is about $23. When I renewed I got a free month of rent for December, so payments wouldnt start until January 1 if you moved in December. Security deposit is $199. Soooo...a quick run down: Rent is $619/month + utilities. (I usually pay between $40-$50 a month) Deposit is $199.
